Note: Time-period passes (1-month, 3-month, 6-month and 1-year) are not transferable. Multi-class passes (5-visit, 10-vist and 30-visit passes) may be used by another family member.

ValueDirect Debit Terms and Conditions
|
|
A ValueDirect direct debit contract will be for a minimum of 12 weeks, with payments deducted monthly ($135). For Full-time students, Pension Card holders and Seniors Card holders, rates are $110 per month.
ValueDirect is administered through EzyDebit, who will charge a fee, which will be added to each payment, as follows:
Bank account: $1.10 per transaction.
Visa, MasterCard, BankCard: 2.2%
American Express, Diners 4.4%
At the end of the 12-week minimum contract period, payments will continue on a monthly basis, unless we are advised in writing or e-mail 7 days before the end of the contract period.
Suspension and Cancellation
TimeFreeze: During the 12-week contract, and at any time after the minimum period, members may suspend their payment without charge for a minimum of 7 days.
Cancellation: Cancellation of ValueDirect before the end of the contract period will require a cancellation fee based on 20% payment of the outstanding balance. For Example: you have a 12-week ValueDirect contract, and you’ve paid 2 monthly payments, leaving one payment due. This would require a cancellation fee of 1 x $135 x 20% = $27
Once the minimum contract period has expired, members may request cancellation in writing or e-mail at least 7 days before the next debit date.
