ValueDirect Contract Terms and Conditions |
| |

A ValueDirect direct debit contract will be for a minimum of 3 months, with payments deducted monthly ($145). For Full-time students, Pension Card holders and Seniors Card holders, rates are $120 per month.
ValueDirect is administered through EziDebit, who will charge a fee, which will be added to each payment, as follows: |

At the end of the 3-month minimum contract period, payments will continue on a monthly basis, unless we are advised in writing or e-mail 7 days before the end of the contract period.

ValueDirect Suspension and Cancellation |
| |
|
| |
TimeFreeze: During the 3-month contract, and at any time after the minimum period, members may suspend their payment without charge for a minimum of 7 days. Requests for suspension must be made 7 days before the date of suspension, and be in writing or by email. You may freeze your payment without charge a maximum three times per year, and at a fee of $15 per suspension after that.
Cancellation: Cancellation of ValueDirect before the end of the contract period will require a cancellation fee based on 20% payment of the outstanding balance. For Example: you have a ValueDirect contract, and you’ve paid 2 monthly payments, leaving one payment due. This would require a cancellation fee of 1 x $145 x 20% = $29
Once the minimum contract period has expired, members may request cancellation in writing or e-mail at least 7 days before the next debit date.
